Jim Mills Plumbing and Heating Limited is a home-based business, owned, operated, and staffed by Jim Mills, his wife Marion, and their son Murray. We have been serving the Ottawa-Stittsville area since 1976, and are involved in both residential and commercial work, new construction, renovations and repairs.

One of the things that we are proud of is our long-standing association with Don Thiessen of      Don Thiessen Developments Limited. Since the early 1980's, Don has become well-known and respected in this area for his expertise as a builder of churches, and we have been most fortunate to have been involved in most of his projects, beginning with the Kanata Baptist Church, through to today's present project, the Ottawa Mennonite Church Addition.

One of our recent and most interesting projects with Don has been the renovation of the magnificent Metcalfe St. Laurentian Club - now the new home of the Laurentian Leadership Center, owned and operated by Trinity Western University of Langley, British Columbia. This awe-inspring residence was originally the self-built stately home of renowned Ottawa Lumber Baron - J.R. Booth!

We have also had a long-standing business association with a company called Con Pro Industries Limited from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Through Con Pro, we have been involved in many Service Station/Convenience Store/ Car Wash projects throughout the Ottawa area. Living "Just beyond the Fringe" and in close proximity to rural areas, both Jim and Murray have had ample opportunity to hone their skills in dealing with pumps and pressure systems and would be pleased to serve you in this regard.

However, the bread and butter of our operation still remains the service calls and bathroom renovation, etc. in our own local area, and unlike many doctors in this city, we are accepting new "patients".
